    <content type="html">One HUGE, day long, messy, sloppy, off the charts, cuban food BINGE.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;god help me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don't think im gonna weigh myself today, cause I woke up feeling like I was about to throw up. All water for me today, im excersising up the ass, and hopefully I can reverse the craziness.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eeeek!</content>

    <content type="html">yesterday I actually stuck to the chicken noodle soup! But then I got reaally hungry so I had 2 crackers but that's no biggie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then I burned 300 calories by going on the excersise bike for about 50 min and jogging/walking with the dogs for like 40 min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So here's the stats for today...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Weight- 152&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast:&lt;br /&gt;-1 whole grain toast&lt;br /&gt;-1 table spon creme cheese (I have to find an alternative!! &amp;gt;.&amp;lt;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Snack:&lt;br /&gt;-SB diet snack bar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Later im gonna have some chicken and veggies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have an easter thing today so I can't really workout but whatever.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well at least I lost 8 pounds in a week! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im really proud of myself but im gonna try to weigh myself once a week instead of every day, it gets frustrating &amp;gt;.</content>

    <content type="html">last night I was goin INSANE with the hunger pains! It was horrible I couldn't even sleep!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im TRYING to have less than 30 carbs a day, so today I decided to have the majority of my carbs for breakfast. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Weight- 153.5 (ughh)&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast&lt;br /&gt;-1 cup silk low fat vanilla soy milk&lt;br /&gt;-1 whole grain toast&lt;br /&gt;-1 tablespoon fat free creme cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;im really happy cause, its almost noon and im not even hungry! :]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im planning on having canned soup later and finish off my 30 carbs yay&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wish me luck!</content>

    <content type="html">ughh I've only been losing half a pound for the past 2 days... I just don't know why :(&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Weight- 154&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-egg beaters&lt;br /&gt;-1 slice whole grain toast&lt;br /&gt;-tuna&lt;br /&gt;-2 small grilled chicken pieces&lt;br /&gt;-3 crackers&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've been drinking diet coke to keep my energy up but im not sure if its good, does anybody know?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also, yesterday I jogged for 30 min but idk today I guess im just gonna try to do some crunches.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was expecting to be 151 by tommorow but I don't know how to get there!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Suggestions asap?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;:/</content>

    <title>okiee so this is my diet for the past few days...</title>

    <content type="html">Okay so let me start off by saying that I am unfortunately, prone to be fat.   my normal fat weight has always been 150 (BRIFK!) but after trying the hollywood 48 hour diet (which was a total bust, I flew up to 160!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A couple of years back I went down to 125, but I stopped getting my period and my hair started falling out from not eating, so my mom took me to the doctors and I was forced to gain weight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Even though at 125 I wasn't disgustingly fat, at 5"3 I still didn't have that gorgeous beach body that I sooo totally want. So since saturday, I've been cutting down everything I eat to try to get to my goal, 115, before the summer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here's my diet so far:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day 1:&lt;br /&gt;Weight 160&lt;br /&gt;-Egg whites&lt;br /&gt;-ceaser side salad from wendy's&lt;br /&gt;-south beach diet snack bar&lt;br /&gt;-chicken w/ mushrooms&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day 2:&lt;br /&gt;Weight 158&lt;br /&gt;-egg beaters &lt;br /&gt;-silk soy milk low fat (vanilla)&lt;br /&gt;-south beach diet snack bar&lt;br /&gt;-chicken w/ mushrooms&lt;br /&gt;-ceaser salad&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day 3:&lt;br /&gt;Weight 157&lt;br /&gt;-egg beaters&lt;br /&gt;-silk LF van.&lt;br /&gt;-SB snack bar&lt;br /&gt;-tuna w/ crackers&lt;br /&gt;-2 small pieces of chicken&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day 4:&lt;br /&gt;Weight 155&lt;br /&gt;-egg beaters &lt;br /&gt;-silk LF van.&lt;br /&gt;-SB snack bar&lt;br /&gt;-tuna w/ crackers&lt;br /&gt;-egg beaters&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day 5:&lt;br /&gt;Weight 154.5&lt;br /&gt;-eggbeaters &lt;br /&gt;-silk LF van.&lt;br /&gt;-SB diet snack bar&lt;br /&gt;-tuna w/ crackers&lt;br /&gt;-chicken ceasar salad&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;my short-term goals are:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;March 22-150&lt;br /&gt;March 28-140&lt;br /&gt;April 11- 130</content>
