One HUGE, day long, messy, sloppy, off the charts, cuban food BINGE.

god help me.

I don't think im gonna weigh myself today, cause I woke up feeling like I was about to throw up. All water for me today, im excersising up the ass, and hopefully I can reverse the craziness.

yesterday I actually stuck to the chicken noodle soup! But then I got reaally hungry so I had 2 crackers but that's no biggie.

Then I burned 300 calories by going on the excersise bike for about 50 min and jogging/walking with the dogs for like 40 min.

So here's the stats for today...

Weight- 152
Breakfast:
-1 whole grain toast
-1 table spon creme cheese (I have to find an alternative!! >.<)

Snack:
-SB diet snack bar

Later im gonna have some chicken and veggies.

I have an easter thing today so I can't really workout but whatever.

Well at least I lost 8 pounds in a week!

Im really proud of myself but im gonna try to weigh myself once a week instead of every day, it gets frustrating >.
 
 
 
 
 
 
last night I was goin INSANE with the hunger pains! It was horrible I couldn't even sleep!

Im TRYING to have less than 30 carbs a day, so today I decided to have the majority of my carbs for breakfast.

Weight- 153.5 (ughh)
Breakfast
-1 cup silk low fat vanilla soy milk
-1 whole grain toast
-1 tablespoon fat free creme cheese

im really happy cause, its almost noon and im not even hungry! :]

Im planning on having canned soup later and finish off my 30 carbs yay

ughh I've only been losing half a pound for the past 2 days... I just don't know why :(

Weight- 154

-egg beaters
-1 slice whole grain toast
-tuna
-2 small grilled chicken pieces
-3 crackers


I've been drinking diet coke to keep my energy up but im not sure if its good, does anybody know?

Also, yesterday I jogged for 30 min but idk today I guess im just gonna try to do some crunches.

I was expecting to be 151 by tommorow but I don't know how to get there!!

Suggestions asap?

Okay so let me start off by saying that I am unfortunately, prone to be fat. my normal fat weight has always been 150 (BRIFK!) but after trying the hollywood 48 hour diet (which was a total bust, I flew up to 160!

A couple of years back I went down to 125, but I stopped getting my period and my hair started falling out from not eating, so my mom took me to the doctors and I was forced to gain weight.

Even though at 125 I wasn't disgustingly fat, at 5"3 I still didn't have that gorgeous beach body that I sooo totally want. So since saturday, I've been cutting down everything I eat to try to get to my goal, 115, before the summer.

Here's my diet so far:

Day 1:
Weight 160
-Egg whites
-ceaser side salad from wendy's
-south beach diet snack bar
-chicken w/ mushrooms

Day 2:
Weight 158
-egg beaters
-silk soy milk low fat (vanilla)
-south beach diet snack bar
-chicken w/ mushrooms
-ceaser salad

Day 3:
Weight 157
-egg beaters
-silk LF van.
-SB snack bar
-tuna w/ crackers
-2 small pieces of chicken

Day 4:
Weight 155
-egg beaters
-silk LF van.
-SB snack bar
-tuna w/ crackers
-egg beaters

Day 5:
Weight 154.5
-eggbeaters
-silk LF van.
-SB diet snack bar
-tuna w/ crackers
-chicken ceasar salad


my short-term goals are:

March 22-150
March 28-140
April 11- 130
